Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We ship all orders via USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and scanned by USPS, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
If you experience an issue, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
